You may request an order cancellation within 24 hours of placing your Labubu Australia order.

Restocking Fee:
A flat $25 AUD restocking fee applies to cover processing and handling costs.

Processing Limitation:
If your Labubu order has already entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

✏️ Order Changes

Need to change your Labubu size, color, or shipping address?

  • Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase

  • Once your order enters fulfillment, changes cannot be guaranteed

🔁 Returns & Exchanges – Labubu Australia

We do not offer refunds. However, we accept exchanges or store credit where applicable.

You may request a return within 30 days if:
✔ You received the wrong Labubu item
✔ You received a defective or damaged Labubu product
(Return shipping will be covered if the issue is our mistake.)

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Original tags must be attached

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error is ours

⚠️ Additional Information

Limited-Edition Labubu Items:
Exchanges depend on stock availability.

Final Sale Items:
Certain custom or limited-run Labubu products are non-returnable.

Fraud Protection:
For security reasons, some returns may be issued as store credit only.
